Yes there is, it has been mentioned here many times, and I seem to recall within the last week even. I didn't really look, but if you read the most recent post on the first couple of pages you should find it. I don't think it's morgellons, maybe stronglyloids? I can't remember which, but it is one that is commonly mentioned. Bed bug bites can leave welts also, which might look like trails under skin.
