Re: Blockage after garlic enema

Yes, I have experienced something very similar. Worms tend to bind up the bowels, both dead and alive. Several things have helped me with blockages at different times, and on occasion, I have had to combine all to clear it.

--Juice/pulp of a lemon or two in 12oz hot water - I don't like lemon at all, but this approach has become my favorite. I have found it to be the most effective in clearing blockages, but it takes a couple of consecutive days to work through the system. Although a natural approach, lemon is very strong, so it's probably not good good to do long term. I'm sure worms don't like the lemon either, which is an added bonus.

--Psyllium husk

--Many back to back high enema's with plain warm water on consecutive days

--Professional colonics, these can be very effective for blockages in the lower bowel, but it can take several sessions.

--In extreme, desperate circumstances, I have had success with dulcolax followed by senna tea a couple of hours later before bed. I never do this anymore, but just mentioning what has worked in the past.
