Getting slightly worried here. Maybe it is different for me because i dont let water touch my lips?

Has nobody had bad smell and white stinky stuff underneath their crusts.
I have been doing the leave them allone approach for almost half a year..
Quite fanatically as you have.

It seems like the white stuff forms when you dont trim down when the crusts that let go partially, are compromised by fluid.. Sometimes i remove and cut down more crust too avoid bad odor and illy feelings.

How do you drink and eat? How do you keep your lips clean? What do you do to ensure oral hygiene? When do you remove the crust? Does it come off as a whole or only partially?
