Where are you at in cleansing?

Hopefully you just went ahead with the Humaworm cleanse...or will soon.

I remember R.G. advising to do the cleanse, first, that seems most important to you. And then follow with a liver flush.

The liver flush can be repeated about every two weeks, apparently, so there is little reason to wait long periods.

After the first few rounds of Humaworm, one gets a good sense of what one needs. I feel that's one of the best things about Humaworm. A person just comes to 'know'.


I put any Humaworm I want to store, into the fridge, shipping packaging and all. I am soon into it, right on time.
