Ok there is some over-lap between high sulfur foods, high choline foods, and FODMAP diet. I was avoiding choline forever (had this over a decade, the FBO thing) bc I thought I had TMAU. I have been on FODMAP diet for IBS-C for over a year now and in the first 3 weeks, my odor got worse and then improved to a liveable level. I also started to get stomach noises back....and gas (a little) back as well. It was like my GI tract came back to life. Try it for a month and see if the odor decreases. Onions and garlic are the two biggest IBS culprits. The diet is tough but you find yourself eating a lot of whole foods and making very healthy meals bc anything processed has tons of FODMAPs in it. Hope it helps you.
