Detox is harder for me on lugol's
never had an Iodine headache on Iodoral, it still gets absorbed, there is no doubt about that

I still had Depression and anxiety and rashes here and there and plenty of other detox with iodoral

I have cleared Lugol's headaches by taking several drops of SSKI , which is 30mg/drop
