thank you all Re: need help please, breathing problems

Sorry but temp of 103 and have been out of it. This detox is gruelling. Thank you all so much for your advice and links and info. I stopped salt and breathing is much better. Not as good as it was before Iodine but I think the bromide detox is causing some problems with it. Otherwise, I think the salt was just too much for me.

But without the salt, am getting back the bromide cyst-like Acne again which was so unbelievably bad in the beginning. Maybe I'll try 1/4 tsp of salt every other day.

It's been about 6 weeks sicne I began and no let up of detox at all. I'm cutting back the Lugol's to 25mg per day as this is just too much for me. Maybe I'll be able to increase again in near future.

Yesterday and today are the first signs of good things though. Nodule is same but the goiter doesn't "feel" quite as bad as it has been. Also my hands and feet are not freezing cold - first time since I can remember since being teenager!!

Will continue trying recommendations. I truly appreciate all of your help!! Thank you everyone and again sorry for the late response.
