First of all, Scalar energy IS electromagnetic in nature.

Second, to produce it in a laboratory you need very sophisticated equipment and more importantly- INTELLIGENCE and highly specialized knowledge of physics that is barely known by mainstream physicists.

I have known one man alive who had access to scalar energy without the use of technology- and he had been doing intense energy work for 35 years. This is profound but it doesn't magically change anything. He had white spots on his arm indicative of candida.

And in response to your question:

The answer is obvious: By 2 PVC pipes glued to mason jars with copper wire wrapped around one of them. DUH! But the jar on the right side MUST be an old pickle bottle, and the pipe MUST be poorly cut with a reciprocating saw from home depot otherwise the highly sophisticated conditions necessary to produce scalar energy will simply not be met.
