Just an update. The weird pains I was having have started to diminish. Every once in awhile I will feel them again but it's not a constant burn or gnawing type of feeling I was having. My bowels have firmed up a bit but are still a bit messy. The only thing I know has stayed around or even gotten worse is my strength. I know that I have lost some muscle mass and have been fatiguing quicker with things.
My diet has been pretty lean. Consisting of lean meats, vegetables and occasional rice, beans and/or potatoes.
Not sure what is up with that. But there has been improvement with the stomach.
Could have been an infection causing inflammation.
Loose stools can cause problems with electrolytes that lead to weakness. Have you tried adding trace element salt to your diet for some electrolytes?
