mms, colloidal silver, ozone, hiv, cancer, hep, lyme

how come everyyime i read success stories on mms, Colloidal Silver and ozone treatment, i always hear them say there friend, like they would say i have a friend, or my wife/ husband was cured using this and they go.into detail, it all sounds like its truth, i just want to.know why i never hear it out the lions mouth of those who were cured or heald, its always there friends lovers or family typing testimonies for them. why is that?

im using mms for my hiv caseand also using Colloidal Silver , im seiing improvements, but the healing proccess seems to be going slow. i know there working because im fell off a wall and cut my knee and bled, the next day was heald and didnt even leave a mark, as far as ny hiv rash, its taking its time. and im using all 3 treatments daily.
