Re: Son sick and few questions..
Hi James,
Just for you to identify me I am the person from Sydney, Australia
My son vomited twice yesterday and he tells that his throat is aching. He is been complaining about the neck pain for a few weeks now but yesterday he seems to be really sick. Any thoughts of what this could be? I will take him to the doctor to get it diagnosed today.
Having the doctor take a look would be easier since that is not much to go on. When giving symptoms try to include as much as possible such as does he have a fever? Muscle aches? Swollen tonsils? White or yellowish pockets on the tonsils? Headache? Stomach pain? Rash? Runny nose? Etc.
Make sure they culture his throat since it sounds like possibly strep throat.
If he has got some infection or something, can I do some ozone ear insufflation or water?
Yes, these will help.
He is 6 years old (as you have always seen in the video he is a happy boy and very hard to see him sick), what would be the dosage and duration for kids?
1. Ear insufflation
2. Ozone water
Same as for adults.
Myself:
I am working on building my adrenals. Though you have personally advised me to stop worrying about health constantly, I didn't realise the harm I was doing to myself until recently. As you know I have almost adopted everything for adrenals except not addressing the stress part because I was super confident that my chronic stress wouldn't hurt me as I was taking amla, Vit B and adaptogens.
I now remember how clearly you have explained if something bad has to happen it will happen and it is out of our control. Worrying about it will make the situation worse.
Yes, worrying will further reduce your adrenal function and it is the adrenals that control our stress responses. And always remember worrying about things never changes the situation.
I read some of threads related to stress and now believe that I am learning to control my emotional stress in a hard way.
I just wanted to repost the thread which I liked very much… the question that I had in my mind for a long time.

I also liked the below words mentioned by you:
“So I simply choose to believe that things are not in my control and what is supposed to happen will happen, but I can do things to help shape that future even though I cannot control it”.
“Stress will kill us so much faster than a poor diet”.
That is why I eat whatever I want yet I am perfectly healthy. Nothing harms our bodies more than stress primarily by its adverse effects on the adrenals and thymus glands. The adrenals regulate so many things for the body. And the excess cortisol and epinephrine released by the adrenals when we are under stress can adversely affect other things such as brain function, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. Atrophying the adrenals and the thymus also have adverse effects on immune function. Stressing the adrenals also promotes aging. Look at smokers and better yet methamphetamine addicts. Their accelerated aging is the result of these stimulants on the adrenals.
ok now my questions related to Asthma and chronic sinusitis:
Probiotics in sinuses, ozone and building adrenals helps my sinusitis greatly when I was off my inhaler for asthma. James can you please explain how the inhaler promotes candida in my sinuses?
Inhalers contain compounds such as steroids or central nervous system stimulants that suppress immune function. This makes people more prone to infections including bacteria and fungi.
Since I am back on inhaler I am trying to take some additional steps to help my adrenals build:
1. I am planning to remove the carpets in my bedroom. But was wondering whether I should go with tiles or Engineered wood flooring. I remember you mentioned that you love tiled flooring but I have preference for wood. Can you please advise?
Since I talked to you about this earlier on the phone I won't bother going over it again.
2. I observed that when I tried to stop my inhaler night time was worst while sleeping. Probably I am very allergic to the dust mites in the bed. My son did bed wetting a couple of times in that bed and yesterday he vomited. I was just wondering about mold, germs that might be breeding it? So I am planning to clean my mattress with ozone. Can I try to do with my own ozone generator or use professional cleaners http://www.coverandprotect.com.au/mattress-sanitising-service.php
Or even replace with asthma friendly mattress and protectors?
Already went over these as well on the phone.
James, every single advice you give seems to work. I have now started to take zinc which has improved my smell inspite of a sinus infection now.
Glad to hear you are doing better. Thanks for the update.
