Re: What to do about Fordyce Spots affecting lips

I know this is a video on CO2 laser for actinic cheilitis, but the same treatment is applicable for exfoliative cheilitis. I was surprised after seeing the patient on Day 3, the doctor said his lips should be all healed in 3 days, which is a total of 6 days to heal. Wow, his lips after treatment look like EC lips growing crusts. And it is supposed to heal in only 6 days?

I think the hyfrecator might not make the lips look as gross as CO2 laser after treatment. I do not know. I am posting the video so you will have an idea of what to expect.
