sd and lorica, i had 2 glasses of the lemon/cranberry/orange juice/warm distilled water cocktail this morning. I grated some ginger into it.. it helped with the gas and bloating. Ate 2 pancakes and coffee (yeah still cant let go of coffee- its my security blanket)...
I went to the loo, just passed gas, no BM. but what a relief.. now I feel like a deflated balloon, am in the office now...almost lunch time now still waiting for my BM..
