Thank you for the information. It saves me time trying to source this stuff.
I will admit, I have come across it in the past, and have forgotten about it.

At present, I am using live sources to produce very potent chitinase which will be used internally. It involves very technically complex methods to extract the enzyme.

It will not be ready for sometime.

I like the barley idea, because it is simple.
