Yeast infection pls help me

Hello im nika im 21 , years old i have this yeast infection for 4 days ,,,i have this discharge odor before so i take metronidazole aftr taking two tablets the odor goes away but after that theres a changes 2 days after my discharge is like a cheese pieces and it so many and itchy i dont know if it is cause by cheap wet wipes ,,it is my first time to use wet wipes i dont know,,,and my labia started to itchy and it so gross and disgusting to look ,,,so i do some research ,,,so i tried this garlic and vinegar,,,after 2 days my discharge minimizes it comes only when pee,,but it looks like powder that accompany urine ,,,and i feel my abdominal is like a heavy thing,,,,my back bone also hurt sometimes,,pls help me,,,thanku
