I agree with your views ... a balance is vital to anything and everything in this life. In fact, Curezone is just ONE of MANY websites I read in my research and study and learning. Most things I've tried for myself, including Lugol's Iodine and/or Iodoral, was done only after months and months of asking questions and researching it as much as I could until I felt it was time to try it. As to iodine, lots of folks outside of CZ support it's use and often in large doses.

Whatever I try, I start small and start slow in case it doesn't agree with me. After a good amount of time, I re-access it and decide if I want to change anything, stop taking it or increase the dose or frequency of it. Just common sense decision making.

As to those with hot tempers and negative charges [pun intended], I don't know why people cannot disagree without going off into insults, slams, attacks, slander and such. Not many seem to know how to respectfully disagree any more. Many forums here and threads too are like watching recess on a gradeschool playground. I avoid all I can of those because I'm trying to get healed and that means reduction of stressors ... conflict being a stressor!

People have to decide for themselves what they're willing to try or not. Eat the meat, leave the bones.
