i see that this forum is old, but it seams to be the best one with all the info i need

i'm having issues with my appendix as we speak and i stumbled into this article just last night, and since then i have used most of what i read here to help and its amazing how well its doing. but alas i haven't got allot of these herbs
i have more then most people but not as much as i need in this situation, so i was wondering if their where any substitutes for herbs used here.

i found that sitting upside down with gentle rubbing and an Castor oil pack helps the most with pain, but i would like to heal instead of treat the symptoms.

i fear this may have been brought on by a failed liver flush
or a Liver Flush done incorrectly, if the specifics of what i did for the flush are needed just ask. Tweet
