One thing is for sure: Topical Application WORKS!

I have been using UT for about a month now and I can tell a difference in my immunity.

I also completed two, 3-day UT fasts and noticed that my gallbladder, liver and overall colon health has dramatically improved (I have leaky gut syndrome and have always been 'irregular').

No weight loss, nor any change in my Acne (DANGIT!!!!)

I can tell that topically, my face is responding rather well, especially when utilizing coconut oil and microcurrent, as well as DMSO to help it penetrate deeper.

The BEST use for urine for me though, has been topically, to treat burns and to soak a very painful joint in my big toe.

In fact, as I type this, I am soaking my foot in DMSO, old urine, lavender oil and hot water. After 15 minutes, I was able to get up and walk around with zero pain! It's like going from a '7' in the pain-scale to '0' in 15 minutes!

Also, if you are ever burned, soak in old urine for 24 hours. I just went camping this Memorial Day weekend and while pre-preparing the meals at home, I badly burned my knuckles the day before I went camping. I soaked the three fingers in old urine along with some cooling ice and I was able to sleep soundly, all night, without pain. The next morning there was only soft, pink flesh, no pain, no blistering, not even a scab!

But, it gets better/ worse. Toward the end of our camping trip, I, once again, burned the SAME THREE KNUCKLES with hot steam!!! Again, I soaked some gauze with old urine, wrapped them up with the gauze, bandaids and medical tape and by the time we made the 3-hour trip home, the pain was eradicated and the skin was once again merely pink, soft and pain-free!

I highly recommend urine fasting for weight-loss, but ONLY if you are willing to do the full body massaging/ hot bath soaks and enema during the fast.

It's not a panacea, but UT's list of amazing feats is growing for me!
