am I guessing it should be about the same.
I would not personally, do 1/2 tsp of KCL on its own though (potassium)
I do 1/4tsp salt and 1/4 tsp Potassium chloride
that much potassium without salt to balance could make you pass out, especially if your adrenals are challenged.
