Medical Journal Fraud

Makes sense, doesn't it, that people who get paid to write articles have more incentive to make stuff up to fit the desired conclusions of those paying their salary or funding the research ?

I don't believe a thing that's published by money given by the pharma houses. They sure aren't very effective at curing anything - otherwise diabetes, cancer, etc would be on the decline, not on the rise.
