Stoke?

My boyfriend might've gotten a stroke. He looked very pale, weak and unresponsive. He couldn't hear anything but a high pitch tone ringing in his ear. His hands felt numb and was breathing fast like he was having an asthma attack. His heart was beating too fast and his throat felt dry. He looked confused, dizzy. He said he had blurred vision.

He's alright now, but i'm worried it might happen again. Is this a stroke ? Tweet
