I stumbled on the recipe by trial and error... I was mixing all kinds of stuff together and found these ingredients really did pull things out... a lot of things.

The paste isn't too radical and if it draws the junk out of the cyst, it'll take the pressure off and feel better... It can't hurt to try. Stick to the recipe and sort of push it into the pores. I'd use big blobs on that cyst. Remember it won't dry out like a regular clay (because of the olive oil). Lately I've been adding terramin clay and xtra water to make it last longer and it draws just as well. Good luck!
