Lymph Node Cancer - Lugol's

Hello all,

A friend of mine just called me to tell me that her cancer has returned. Last year she had uterus cancer, the doctors successfully removed her uterus. Last week she had some discomfort and went for a check up to find out she has cancer in one of her lymph nodes. She is totally depressed, now. I told her that Gerson Therapy is what I suggest. She has been on medications for reflux, high blood pressure and high Sugar levels in her blood (not Diabetic). I want to help her. Is Lugol's a good thing to start with and if so, how many drops per day she should consume?
