Also make sure you get to the root cause of your candida overgrowth. Find out what's suppressing your immune system because candida only shows up when the immune system is compromised.

For me, it's mercury toxicity from Amalgam (silver) tooth fillings. Mercury is havoc on your immune system. That could be the cause for you (if so get those fillings removed by a dentist who knows how to do it correctly so that you won't be exposed to even more mercury) Then do a mercury detox to get it out of your cells (lots of info on the net and here at curezone).

If mercury isn't your problem, make it a priority to find out what's suppressing your immune system. Address that, then the candida.
