I just joined this site and came across your problem.
What you need to do instead of taking things to try and get rid of a health problem is to look at your diet.
I used to have brain fog and I found out that I had candida.
So what I did was stop eating and drinking things with
Sugar in it.
I also have to avoid yeast, because
Sugar is feeding the yeast in the body, which gives you candida.
I've been doing this for only 2 months and my health has been so much better than before.
You will feel the change in your body as you come off sugar.
I got an irritable stomach and mood, having to go to the toilet, became weak and tired.
Maybe you know already about how we are not meant to take sugar?
A lot of todays food is unfortunately loaded with sugar.
Things that you wouldn't even think of having sugar, have
Sugar in them.
Potato chips, bread, sauces, salad dressings, peanut butter, nuts and the list goes on.
I suggest that you cut sugar and yeast from your diet completely, and you will feel the difference for yourself after just 1 week.
High fructose corn syrup must also be avoided at all costs.
In fact; if the ingredient ends in "ose" don't take it.
