What type of lenses should I get?

I'm just looking for some more feedback. I was prescribed glasses, and not sure which lenses I should get. The stats are (as far as I can read from this presription):

O.D. -1.75 / -2.00 x 0/0
O.S. PC / -3.25 x 177
P.D. Add + 1.0000

From what I gather, I could get one set of glasses for up close vision, such as reading and computer use, and another pair for distance vision, like reading street signs. I could also get a pair with both. Is it better to just get a pair with both? Is it better for my vision getting two pairs or one?
