I love Bowen Therapy. It's amazing.

I used to do bowtech but then I started doing advanced bowen therapy

but you have to know how to use the bowen move first before you should try

to apply it, although they have a video that shows it and it's pretty simple.

id suggest getting a treatment if you want to learn it to use on a partner or friend

because it's near impossible to do any harm at all, such a forgiving technique!
