Unfiltered apple cider vinegar is good, too

Ginger works great; for me, it works best with nausea, probably because the thought of taking ACV is nasty when I'm nauseous.

However, with digestive pain and upset, be it stomach or intestinal, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother in it (like Bragg's) is great.

I'll take two teaspoons in a glass of water before a meal (if I think of it) that I know might be a bit undigestible for me.

However, for those occasions like you describe, I'll take two teaspoons straight up! BUT! I have about two swallows' worth of water to get that burn out of my mouth.

Relief is moments away.

Can't speak to OTHERS on this, but it works GREAT on me.
