momma worm in nose-how do i kill it

oK, So ive been taking horse de-wormer, stromectol from doc and Wormwood -only once a day, need to up this, its just so gross. Anyways Ive got a big one in my nose and I cant get it out or kill it. Ive used noxcema, all kind of gels & creams but nothing will kill it. Its laying babies eveyday and its getting bigger. I want it dead today. Does anyone know how to kill it, like right away...please its killing me. it feels rough and the other worms in my nose are clear and long and I can get those out with a qutip and pull for a good 15 minutes.
