the sputnik has landed!

it was a glorious flight indeed.

launched 76 hours ago, this new generation "photon" sputnik finally made its way through. though i was worried that i might never see it again, my anxiety was allayed by a knocking at the door a mere thirty minutes ago.

this run has had me giggling most of the time. i really didnt feel much of anything, no jumping legs or anything like that. what i did feel was a real lift in my mood and new found internal warmth and overall energy.

it was just the medicine i needed and i cant reccomend this therapy enough to anyone who has reached a plateua in the search for good health and well being. that little guy hit the spot.

one thing i will do next time is an all liquid diet. i was quite surprised at what bypassed the probe during its flight. it could have been stronger in my opinion. maybe next time i will try some epsoms!! i believe my eating dampened its effects. and i have no idea why it took so long. most of my meals are out in 12 - 16 hours, and this time was no exception.

i am very pleased.
