Does The Gerson Therapy Work on Benign Tumours?

Thank you in advance for taking the time to read this message. Any and all advice and opinions will be more than welcome.

I am a carer for my brother, who was diagnosed a few years ago with a benign brain tumour. The tumour is pressing on his brain causing severe problems.

We have started looking at nutritional therapies that could remove / dissolve the tumour in some way, and so my simple question is as follows:

"Does anybody know of any nutritional therapy, be it Budwig, Gerson, or some other route, which has been proven to reduce the size of benign tumours?" [please note, benign and not malignant tumours].

Any first hand testimony of any sort would be most appreciated.
