Rebuilding, after Humaworm

As far as I can tell, one does all the best they can to stay as wholesome as possible.

It seems to be a matter of choosing the best available, continuously.

Surprisingly, my body is just as happy to be without wheat, milk, cigarettes, alcohol, and so on.

I do crave a cigarette every once in a while, but only for about a minute, and then I forget about it again.

It is NOT, as I once thought, cumulative...to where I am climbing the wallpaper. It is just a little reminder.

It is worse if I am angry to the point where I'd love to shout at someone. I don't shout anymore, because, if I did I'd have to go and buy cigs, and I don't walk well...yet.

Simpler, cleaner, is better. I am lucky that I can make a good salad every day, and often a soup. Dh makes me veggies and eggs most mornings. Almost every day we go do our job of work early, and have our breakfast about 10 a.m. Our bodies like that.

I find the body getting into routines, and thriving on them.

That's about all I can suggest.

Donna (Matchmaker) knows what she is talking about, my friends. Listen to her.

My best,

Fledgling
