Were you drinking a lot of water?
Are you diluting your juices?
What have you been juicing?
Hunger for most people who have it stops after the first 3 days.
Some people just need more juice than others, especially depending on what you are juicing, and if you're
juicing high-sugar veggies.
I think the most common is about 4 meals of 16-20 oz.
I usually do about 48oz a day of veggie & fruit juice, and if I need to, when I'm not drinking water, I'll have a bit of 100% pure coconut water or some veggie broth. Veggie broth is probably the only reason I've even made it through long 30 day fasts because I prefer warm, savory things to cold sweet juices.
Also throwing in some
Sea Salt , cayenne, or
juicing in some garlic is very helpful if you have the same cravings I do.
Perhaps you should start fresh at the beginning of the day; it may have been more difficult since you'd already kick started your metabolism for the day by eating fruit during the first half.
Hey I'm only on day 2 of mine and I haven't done a long fast in years so I might as well be a beginner again. Mentally I'm a veteran but physically, I've probably put myself back at step 1 so I can definitely be your fasting buddy if you need some support.
