50mg of iodoral provides enough iodine. you need more iodide. that is SSKI and much cheaper per mg than lugols, let alone iodoral.

the 91% excretion rate on the Iodine (before supplementing) is a sign of one of two things - either full Iodine sufficiency or a symporter problem uptaking iodine.
the 80% excretion rate now shows an improvement in uptake and a way to go for sufficiency.
you need selenomethionine, boron, and more iodine. oh yes, and vitamin C. thats what actually gets the bromine out so the iodine can get in. dont forget plenty of salt and water.
