What is this I just found on my patio?

Hi there,
I really hope someone can help me.
I have this morning found this weird thing on my patio. At first, I thought it was some kind of worm but on closer inspection it looks like some intestines!

See the picture below. It's about 10cm in size. The white stringy bits are what have come out of it and there's lots more!

I am super grossed out by it and very worried as I have three cats. Although none of them is showing any signs of being ill or uncomfortable!

What the hell is this?
