Interesting that despite your having a completely different cortisol high/low timing than me (you with low mornings/afternoon, high evenings; me with high morning, low evening) we still get tired at the same time during the day.

So fatigue isn't directly related to cortisol levels. But certainly it's circadian rhythm related. Hm.

Good luck with the magic lying down. Let us know how it goes.
