you are the second doctor to recommend HCL supplementation recently so i think i better give it a shot.
i was on antacids for an entire summer many years ago soon after my health problems started.
what do you think about providing the raw materials to assist with hcl acid production rather than taking hcl itself. the ones i know of are chloride sources like salt or lemons, and also ginger is supposed to increase hcl production naturally.
i will consider the mccombs plan but i guess first thing to do is try the hcl. the main reason i haven't stuck with the plan is the aforementioned reasons of weight gain and acid heat throughout my body from meats.
