I don't recall anyone ever having nosebleeds from melatonin. However, it could have something to do with the brand that you are using. Different companies use different fillers and additives. If you would rather discontinue the melatonin, you could try using tryptophan which the body uses to produce melatonin. It's not as effective as melatonin though.
