Noxzema will definitely kill them. They can't breed unless they come out of the anal orifice and the eucalyptus kills them when they try to exit. I wonder if you really slathered it on and kept it on 24/7 and if all bedclothes, clothing etc. were washed with hot, bleach-added, water. My concern for you would be that you are getting reinfected from something or someone. As to "something", I have heard they can even be picked up in gardening. Don't know for sure about that though.

I wonder if diatomaceous earth would help you. I hope you don't think you just have pinworms, either.
