One of my favorites is:

"Fluoride is naturally found in water, food, rocks, and soil."

What they don't tell you is that the fluoride naturally found in water, food, rocks, and soil is bound to mineral complexes in nature, not EVER as sodium fluoride or free fluoride.


Also, for Tea drinkers, the fluorine found in it is from pollution by air or fluoridated water systems or fertilizers. If Tea is grown in an enclosed environment, there is NO fluorine.

MANY calcium fortified foods and supplements also contain ample amounts of fluoride. Fluoride has a natural affinity for Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Potassium, etc...

High dose Iodine/Iodide displaces Fluoride... fearmongering typically discourages supplementation with iodine, and/or many people are afraid of it cause it's not mainstream enough. Tweet
