I would really get my D levels up into the optimum range, 65-80 ng/mL.
You may find relief when u get your immune system working with D.
It takes a long time to get it up via the sun.
If supplementing, it is important not to get it above 80ng/mL.
One more thing. Have you increased your gut flora?
