Homemade Toothpaste (amazing for oral health)

I highly recommend making your OWN toothpaste. I always get compliments about how white my teeth are because of it, and my sexua| partners have always told me I never have bad breath.

Never underestimate the level of CRAP you're sold by corporations making toothpaste (even fancy organic kinds).

What you need is:

Coconut oil (extra virgin if possible)
Baking soda
Sea salt (make sure it's got trace minerals)
Preferred herbal powder (licorice, anise, orange, etc.)
Hydrogen peroxide 3-6% (FOOD GRADE! Order off Amazon)
