I think there is actually a country called Utopia, not sure but I heard it mentioned here not long ago. I want to go there. Your descriptions seemed perfect in every way!
It would take a massive shift in human nature perhaps even a separation from the incontinent creeps who never will be made to see beyond themselves.
I need to be careful here not to ramble off into what Hitler envisioned for the German people.
