Re: update and a question

thanks for the support and advice
i am having a lot of leg and back pain
the only thing that seems to ease it is walking
so i went for a walk
on the walk i got really thirsty
when i got back the pain was gone
until i took a sip of water to quench the thirst
holy moly within a minute the pain came back ten times worse!!!
the muscles in my legs and back and ribs all
felt like they were being stretched off the bones!!!
i wondered if it was energetic memory of being tortured on a stretch rack

began to wonder if rubbing some arnica or sore no more on them
would mess up my body's ability to make a swift return to balance???
it is unbelievable muscle burning pain

at least i can get up and walk while fasting this time
the last time i tried fasting, i could barely move

while taking note that my pain goes away when I walk
someone called for a massage
and I decided to do it

because otherwise i am just pacing the floor
or going for a walk in the heat
or looking for some reason to go to the store and keep moving

since i mostly walk back and forth by the massage table
giving a massage was very appealing to me
a good way to make money and end the pain

i made it through the massage
the client was talkative
asking lots of questions

it took great effort for me to talk to him
i was all out of breath
my chest ached

but not as bad as when i ride my mountain bike

he left and the pain was back
i could not sit or lie down without being in pain
could barely sleep last night
kept getting up and walking

made an appointment with a chinese nazi massage therapist
he worked me over good
put some linament on me
the pain is gone

i can sit and squat and lie down without the stretching burning sensation
hope the linament did not mess up my fast
i sure feel a whole lot better
