By the way she mentioned that she can't do the triboron pills from twin labs ( i searched boron on here) since it has potato starch...." she gets much worse pain w/ anything potato, tomatoe, pepper, etc. those are all nightshades.. i eat only meats and vegs most of the time and try hard to avoid dairy, sugars, grains, fruit, nightshades, legumes, etc."

Thats her diet if it helps to know this.
