I'm not sure how well Himalayan salt works, but you should be able to get it an an organic food or supplement store and it is available from any number of sources online.
What may help you are the supplements mullein and lobelia. Both are broncho dialators and both may be taken internally as well as taken via a nebulizer. You also should be able to find mullein tea at health food stores and perhaps at your grocers. Manuka honey is often good for asthma. For more info, see:
Some things which might help your acid reflux/GERD:
Don't lie down until at least three hours after eating.
Sleep with your head at least eight inches higher than your stomach to let gravity help keep stomach acids from coming up into your esophagus.
Don't bend over or do exercises until long after eating.
Eat dried figs, fresh pineapple*, and dried or fresh papaya. These foods are loaded with digestive enzymes. Or you could take digestive enzymes in capsule form. *Pineapple will help most people, and it bothers some - if it bothers you, eliminate it from your diet.
