I read somewhere that ammonia smell could be due to a problem with your liver or kidneys so maybe it's worth your time getting that checked out. I noticed a lot of ppl on these forums have wrote that they think ppl sniffling, sneezing and coughing is due to their perceived Body Odor . I don't think this is true many ppl have allergies and many ppl do those things for different reasons all the time it doesn't mean their nose is being irritated. If you smelt something bad it doesn't necessarily make you sneeze. I wouldnt read too much into that it's when ppl say you smell on multiple occasions that you know for sure. Don't blame yourself.
