Also, I realize now that I was banned elsewhere not only for my questioning of others health modalities, but by associating myself with the iodine/iodide crowd. By doing so, it inadvertently became an associative dissonance between disrespective authority figures, err. self-moguls that are hardcore skeptics of iodine/iodide proponents. Glad to see it was taken care of finally.

It's forums like this, although not perfect, that offer alternative points of view to the majority of mainstream healthcare that mostly treats symptoms of disease, or cuts and guts body parts. It has it's place, but it often overshadows alternatives that may work better to treat symptoms and the root cause(s) of problems. Monopolies hate competition. I'm saddened when, for example, a woman with ever-increasing health problems is stuck in a box of thinking and doesn't branch out to give other therapies a chance. Then, one day, she talks about uterine fibroids and what a doctor suggests - hysterectomy, the only sure way to cure uterine fibroids according to the monopoly of AMA. These types of women have never heard of iodine and will not give it much thought when brought up by others. Or, the whole change of diet idea is lost to those types of people to try getting rid of their ailments.
