you did not mention the shape of your magnets. But possibly you could make a magnet therapy fabric. Magnets tend to want to align - to + but if of uniform shape they can be aligned side by side alternately facing in opposite directions.
This is unstable therefore they will often suddenly jump into a line. To prevent this make your side by side arrangement on a sticky tape and then apply a tape to the top side.
This fabric can be applied to the skin in a sore or swollen area to encourage better fluid flow.
