Re: Day 24!!!!

Hi M.O.G.
Glad to hear your still going strong. I am still on oj myself, bought 2 more bags of sweet california oranges on sale. I mix coconut and pinapple juice if I want variation. I am reading two breatharian books during this years 40 day fast, Ageless Living, by Breatharian of 5 years Mony Vital PhD, online, and, PRANA PROGRAM 2006 ebook by breatharian of over a decade Jasmuheen, cost $8.88 at her site, jasmuheen.com
Last year I read breatharian, fruitarian Hilton Hotemas works during the 40 day oj fast. All good, it's all good. If I think back to food I just start reading the breatharians work and poof, there goes any food habit or desire to eat. I warm pear juice mixed 50-50 with distilled water in the PM if I want something warm.
My work gets done every day, I am organizing my home better, finishing old projects, and taking on more projects then when I was stuffed from eating. I feel good, light clear, sleep like a baby at night, wake refreshed after a few hours, 6 or so Zzzz. Some very wierd detox, a patch the size of half a dime of black and blue ???? was detoxed I actually wondered if it was old mercury exiting my body? A small skin rash I had before starting fast is gone now. Skin, eyes, hair, muscle tone, nails, all good.
I wanted to lose 10 pounds this fast but have not checked my weight yet, was going to do that towards the end of fast. You said you are having ZEN moments, LOL, totally cool. I am having COSMIC moments myself, LOL.
I am becoming more compassionate with this fast. My senses are keener and my intuition better and with more understanding, energy and compassion to get things done. Anyway, great going with your fast. I feel great, at peace and understanding with situations that bothered me before, it was probably the food that was the irritant. I am watching for and expecting to see miracles and synchronicities. Mindful of the great old saying, careful what you look for, ask for, seek, as you just might get it.
Best Wishes
J.
